Mindfulness Zoom sessions

  • When: Varies
  • Where: Join virtually from anywhere (Zoom)
  • Open to: Anyone 18+ years old! Please note that sessions are NOT psychotherapy services.
  • Cost: Varies
  • What to expect: Each mindfulness session will begin and end with visual and musical elements hand-selected by Dr. Jakob. The middle of session will involve Dr. Jakob guiding listeners in guided mindfulness based on a particular theme. Sessions are non-interactive with Dr. Jakob.
  • Confidential and anonymous: Attendants will not be able to see or interact with other attendees.
