Welcome to Dr. Jeanne Jakob’s Blog

Welcome! I am excited to share inspirational wisdom accumulated from my professional and personal experiences as a seasoned, mid-life, clinical psychologist and mom. I have been passionate about psychology since my teenage years and have maintained a successful private psychotherapy practice since 2012. Each blog post will end with a motivational invitation to readers to support their ongoing efforts in building vibrant, emotionally connected, and meaningful lives.
